I'm 11 Months Old!

Our baby girl isn't such a baby anymore.  It took her awhile to start crawling but she is finally on the move and much more content.  She has the little scoot that Kale had - another similarity between the 2.  We had friends visit us that hadn't seen her for a bit and both the kids said how much she looks like Kale.
This is a picture of Kale when he was about 11 months old.

She loves to crawl over to the couch or chairs or window ledge... anything that she can pull herself up on.  She is getting stronger standing on her own.  This morning she even stood on her own for a bit.
She has her brothers wrapped around her finger.  Kale is always asking for her to come to their room to play farm.  Connor loves to play pass with her and read stories to her.  If she hears them in another room, she quickly scoots that direction to find them.

She is no longer interested in her basket of toys.  She LOVES socks. When I fold cloths I give her all the sock to play with and she can entertain herself for probably an hour.  She has a sock at her change table, in her carseat and even in the diaper bag.  This morning I found her happily playing with all our shoes.

Happy Birthday Tom

This past Saturday was Tom's birthday.  Due to the wet weather we took him bowling.  We all had a blast.  Lexi was quiet content with her little bowl of popcorn that we had to fill probably 10 times!!

Connor tried his hardest to bowl like his dad, but, this was one thing that his little brother was better at than he was.  He was very disappointed, but like everything between the two boys it was quickly forgotten.

After bowling we headed for birthday supper at.....McDonalds.  It was a great night.

Haying Fun

We have had some good days, some bad days.  Everyday the crew is haying our boys are there helping whomever will have them.

Kale loves pushing Lexi around - the field was the perfect place for it.
Helping Grandpa make rows of 9.  It amazed me how quickly Connor could figure out how many more bales were needed to make the row.

There were 2 hawks flying around.  Connor enjoyed watching them fly around.
What's a bale stack if you can't climb it?
A few days later Connor was helping me make the rows of 9.  Lexi, still wasn't crawling then so she stayed put on the blanket.  Now though Lexi is finally army crawling.  Every chance she gets she pulls herself up.  She is getting pretty good at doing downward dog.
He is always trying to conquer new things.  I took tons of pictures before he was satisfied with this one.
After baling with Grandma, Kale was game to help tarp the stack.  I love how much they love being out in the field.
