This morning Tracey and her daughter Sydney came over to make a bunch of pickles. Sydney and Connor got right in there helping stuff the jars. Little Scoot got a jar and macaroni and was quite content to fill and empty his jar. We pickled 45 lbs of cucumbers; each taking home 21 jars of pickles.
Both boys were almost in tears when Sydney left saying they really want to see her again soon. Everyone enjoyed the morning.

So fun!! I love canning pickles and remember fondly the year that Aidan was the best one at filling his jars!
