All Night Eating

Last night for our bible study windup, we had a semi progressive supper. It originally was going to be at four places but 2 of the couples have 3 month old and said it would be a pain in the butt to get them in and out of the car seat so many times. So we started at one place and had appetizers, soup and salad. Then came back to our place for the main course and dessert. I made a no bake peanut butter toblerone cheesecake and it was delicious. Before each meal, the preparer shared their favorite saying or verse. My favorite verse has been from junior high. Psalm 55:22 "Give your worries to the Lord and he will take care of you. He will never let good people down." NCV.

It was kinda neat to be sitting at a place and say ok next course and move on to the next house. I am sad that our bible study is finished till the fall. But most of us our farmers and from now till Thanksgiving every week is unpredictable as to how busy you are. It kinda makes it hard to commit to a weekly thing. Our bible study this year has been a great group. In the past we have gone and studied the bible but didn`t get really deep on a personal level. This year was completely different and I loved it. Can`t wait for it to start again in the fall.
