Last week was another busy week shipping the cattle off to pastures. The boys loved being up at the farm any minute they could. One of their favorite parts was bringing the cattle up with the quads.
Kale patiently waiting on the quad for daddy.
The boys spent lots of time climbing this fence so they could watch all the activity. They each had their cow chasing sticks and were ready to climb into the pen and help as soon as they could.
Just a taste of what the sorting looked like. The boys get to go into the calf pen once they are all sorted.
I barely see the boys these days it seems. If they aren't up at the farm helping dad than they are playing downstairs. They have used various boxes and Rubbermaids and made pens downstairs. They use balls and balloons as their cattle. Then they use their little ride on toys as quads and move the balls/balloons to various pens making sure that the gates are closed behind them. I love their imaginations.
