On Tuesday, I felt like I was getting a cold. By Wednesday night I couldn`t breath through my nose, had the dreaded stuffy nose talk, and couldn`t sleep a wink. If I could have chosen when to be sick it definitely would not have been this week. As if anybody would chose to get sick. But I have my triathlon tomorrow. I don`t want all my training to go to pot cuz I got sick. So Yesterday I loaded up on Echinecea (sp??). I actually had a good sleep last night and am feeling better today. So here is praying that I feel better by 12:30 tomorrow.
