Soccer Time!

Connor had his first soccer practise/game last night.  Tim and I had both talked to him about paying attention to coach and doing what he says.  While we were waiting he wouldn't do anything and just want to stay by me.  I thought oh great this is going to be a disaster.  But as soon as coach told him to do something he did and he didn't take his eyes off coach.  The coach emphasized the importance of no hands so he went around the field dribbling the ball with his hands held out. It was rather humorous.  When the game started he got right into it and loved every minute of running.

Tim was able to stop seeding for a little bit to come watch the game portion; which surprised us all but was great.  Tim didn't want to miss out on his first soccer game.  After about 1/2 hour Kale had had enough soccer and wanted to play on the park right beside us.  So we told him to go play.  Tim looked over just in time to see Kale going pee on the playground.  Oh how you can't take the farm boy into town!
