Happy Mustard Day!

Connor came in on Sunday morning and told me "Happy Mustards Day"  too cute.  I told Connor that we were going to the zoo with Grandma, Grandpa, Uncle Greg and his cousins.  He woke up 6 wanting to go to church so we could get to the zoo.  Although the zoo was extremely busy we enjoyed spending time as a family.  After the zoo we came back to our place and Granny, Gramps and Auntie Beck joined us for supper.  It was a perfect day.
Connor often stopped at the animals and he and Ruth would look at them in detail.  The older boys sort of stopped and then kept going.  A phrase we often heard from Connor when he got behind his cousins was "where's Jesse?"  Needless to say Jesse had a little shadow all afternoon.

Kale refused to take a nap so we finally let him walk in the Canadian wilds side cuz it wasn't busy at all.

Kale is a WATERMELON MONSTER.  He eats every last bit of fruit off the rind and would probably eat the rind if I didn't take it away. Now he'll give me the rind and say "more".
I am so blessed to be a mother of these 2 precious boys.  There little giggles, smiles, dirty hands and faces, their willingness to help, their precious spirits and personalities, their little sayings, their hugs and kisses, and yes even their tears and tantrums make each day such a joy to be around.  I am truly blessed to be able to stay at home with them and spend everyday together.  Thank you Lord for making me a mom.
