Due to all the smoke in the air these pictures didn't show the beauty of this quarter of land. But they do capture some haying memories.
Lane has been baling full time this year and a big help for the guys.
After Lexi's nap we headed out to the field with cold drinks and chocolate cake. The boys absolutely LOVE delivering the snacks. After Lane they hit Grandpa..

Then we headed up to the hay shed to help Uncle Buddie lay plastic. Of course while we were there the kids had to play with him.

I am truly loving this season with the kids. The boys look out and play so well with Lexi.
Here, Lexi came running to Connor to give him a hug. We did finish haying August 31. It is a huge blessing to have it finished before harvest starts.
